A poem a day: Robin goes on holiday by mistake

Today, not quite a haiku and not quite on prompt. A tanka inspired by Robin Hood’s adventure on Blackstone Edge.

Robin goes on holiday by mistake
Robin wearing green,
stranded up on Blackstone Edge,
fairies in the mind,
lies in froths of spring blossom,
deep dark dreams of millstone grit.
